Kauwela Workshop
Caring for others begins with caring for yourself. We invite you to a special resilience workshop designed specifically for caregivers who have experienced trauma. This empowering session offers a safe, supportive space where you'll learn positive coping strategies, build emotional strength, and connect with others who truly understand your journey.
Led by coaches from Maui Healing the workshop includes interactive exercises and personalized guidance to help you develop practical tools for everyday challenges. Whether you're a parent, guardian, or care provider, this workshop is here to support your well-being.
Families are welcome! While you engage in the workshop, children can enjoy their own enriching experience with fun and engaging activities provided Maui Healing.
